About the event
We are happy that we can offer the DC and Norfilk, VA Burner communities scalable, lower cost gear and art transportation with a partial (at least 50%) refund in the event that Love Burn is officially cancelled. You can find general information here.
Once you make your order you can find specific date, time and location information here. This document will be updated as needed.

We are offering round trip transportation for:
- Standard Black and Yellow Bins ( $40 )
- Cubic Feet ( $8, per ) for large and odd shaped items*
* IMPORTANT: ACCURATE CUBIC FEET ESTIMATING IS ESSENTIAL
Although we have some ability to scale up transporation capacity as needed, everything depends on accuracte matching of estimated and actual volume of all the items. We have never oversold any transportation mission because our communities have always done a great job of calculating and estimating realistically and conservatively (rounding up).
To calculate the number of cubic feet you need please 1) Multiply Width (inches) X Length (inches) X Height (inches), then 2) Divide that number by 1,728, then 3) Round up to the next whole number (or more, for items that are not easily stackable or leave large or unusual amounts of negative (unusable) space).
