Mental Health: Discover Your Wings: Kara Kihm, LCSW

Kara is not only a world traveller, author, mother and fairy, she is also a therapist and Reiki Master. She practice integrates Western clinical education with Eastern and holistic practices to help people create their own journeys of healing and transformation. Her specialty is helping women transition from the lives they have and feel stuck in to paths of freedom and full expression. Her experience is further informed by working in hospice care and emergency rooms as psychological intake.
